For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of leading people in worship. I strive to lead with both spiritual authority and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, creating space for people to move beyond simply singing songs and genuinely encounter Jesus. My heart has always been for people—to help remove distractions, respond to what God is doing in the room, and invite others into deeper awareness of His presence. I believe worship leadership is ultimately an act of shepherding: listening, discerning, and faithfully pointing people toward Jesus. After 25 years, I still consider it an incredible privilege every time I get to lead.
