Anointed to Lead. Called to Raise Up.

Worship has never been about a stage or a song for me—it's about people encountering Jesus.  I've had the privilege of leading worship in many settings and seasons, and my heart remains the same: to create space for people to turn their attention toward God, experience His presence, and respond to what the Holy Spirit is doing. I want to lead with spiritual authority while remaining sensitive enough to follow when the Spirit moves in a direction I didn't plan.

I believe worship leadership is a form of shepherding. It means caring about the people in the room, not just what's happening on the platform. It means preparing with excellence while holding our plans with open hands, listening well, and continually pointing people toward Jesus. Whether I'm leading a Sunday morning, an intimate prayer gathering, or a large worship night, my prayer is that people leave having experienced more than great music—they leave having drawn closer to Jesus, reminded of who He is, and changed by His presence.

A significant part of my heart for worship is raising up and investing in the next generation of leaders. I don't want to simply build great worship services; I want to help build healthy, confident, Spirit-led worshippers and leaders who will continue serving the Church long after I'm gone. I love coming alongside worship leaders and teams—encouraging their gifts, helping them grow in their craft, creating room for them to lead, and reminding them that who they are becoming matters just as much as what they can do on a platform. There is something incredibly beautiful about watching someone discover the gifts God has placed within them and then having the privilege of helping them step courageously into their calling.
